Job Summary:

AqTronics Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Marketing to join our team. As a Product Marketing, you will be responsible for driving the success of our product portfolios. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations, to develop and execute product strategies, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a passionate and results-oriented professional with in-depth knowledge on communication modules (like LoRa, Wi-SUN), memories, LDO's, Cellular product lines, Reference boards and passive components.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for the memories, LDO's, Cellular product lines, Reference boards and passive components, aligning them with the overall business objectives and market trends.
2. Perform market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify market needs, trends, and opportunities for new products.
3. Identify and propose suitable products to customers, based on customer requirements with possible use cases.
4. Obtaining customer feedback for improvements and lessons learned.
5. Ability to gather customer requirements.
6. Work with required cross functional team to develop Go-to-Market strategies, product positioning, promotional plans, better pricing to maximize the revenue growth.
7. Identify and qualify new technology partners, manufacturers, who can be our potential supplier to add to our line card and increase the company revenue.
8. Ability to perform customer visits to present our corporate and product presentation for new customers and on time product demo, POC and successful order closing.
9. Develop and maintain a robust deal pipeline toward targeted entities to continuously grow the business and generate sales revenues.
10. Brainstorming and updating team on products roadmaps.
11. Organize and conduct webinars and training sessions as and when required.
12. Stay on cutting edge technology, competitive landscape in the industry to drive innovation topics.
13. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
14. Proven experience in organizing exhibitions and trade shows.

16. Prepare and share the lead sheet, customer database, weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors in Engineering / BTech in ECE, EE, CS or BSC / MSC in Electronics.
Experience: 0 – 2 Years of experience in the Semiconductor products industry.

Role Overview:

As an Inside Sales Intern, you will support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, handling client communications, and maintaining customer relationships. This internship provides hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management within the semiconductor/electronics domain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research and identify potential customers, industries, and target accounts in the semiconductor and electronics sectors.
2. Generate and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and online research.

Objective:

• Prepare and share customer quotations (quotes/RFQ responses) and Proforma Invoices (PIs) based on pricing inputs.

2. Order & Payment Coordination

• Maintain regular communication with existing customers for follow-ups on requirements, order updates, and support needs.

4. Sales Operations Support
• Maintain Purchase Order (PO) Status reports – open, delivered, pending, delayed.
• Coordinate with logistics and technical teams to update customers on material dispatch, delays, or queries.
• Work with the team to handle customer escalations related to lead time, deliveries, and payment delays.
5. Reporting & MIS
• Prepare and circulate weekly MIS reports, including:
- Quote vs PO conversion summary
- RFQ status and win/loss analysis
- Open PO summary
- Repeat order pipeline
- Payment follow-up status
• Maintain an internal dashboard with real-time tracking of sales opportunities and customer pipeline.
6. Data Management & CRM Coordination
• Ensure all communication and transactions are logged in the internal CRM or tracking system.
• Maintain a centralized record of customer contacts, PO copies, invoices, dispatch details, and payment proofs.

Job Summary:

As a Field Sales Representative for Aqtronics Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for actively engaging with customers in the Mumbai region, identifying sales opportunities, and building strong relationships, particularly within the lighting department of electronics sales. You will work independently, meeting clients in person, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct field visits to actively seek out new sales opportunities in Mumbai within the lighting department of electronics sales.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in Mumbai.
3. Understand customer needs to recommend appropriate lighting products or services.
