Can I view my past orders?

Yes, past orders can be viewed by logging in your account and clicking on orders and you can also download invoice of your past orders.

Will I receive an email confirmation for my order?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation when your order is submitted, and you will also receive an email confirmation which includes the tracker number once your order has shipped.

Semikart ‘Remit-to’ address

Remit-to addresses vary based on your currency, payment method and bill-to country. Please refer to your invoice for the appropriate address.

Shipping charges

For API suppliers (Mouser, Digi key, Element 14 etc) the shipping charges in Bengaluru is Rs 200 and other states Rs. 250. For the Indian suppliers, the shipping charges differ from each supplier.

What is the lead time/ETD?

The lead time for every supplier is different, although here is a rough timeline of them: Mouser: 7-8 working days Digi-key: 10-12 working days E14: 8-10 working days Verical: 10-12 working days TME: 8-10 working days No commitment is given in relation to delivery times achieved.

Shipment tracking

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships. On this confirmation will be a link that will take you directly to the freight carrier's website so that you can track your order online. From our Order History page, you can also locate the tracking number at the bottom of your invoice and this is also a link to track your package.

Delivery rates and information

Prices are inclusive of Indian customs duty+18% GST, freight charges and Insurance.

How do I get a copy of an invoice?

You can view and print invoices from the Order Status & Tracking page. If you need a paper copy to be sent, go to the request an invoice form and follow the instructions provided.

Do we need to pay custom duty charges?

No, All prices shown in website are inclusive of custom duty. Semikart is liable for custom duty charges.

Can I cancel Semikart Orders?
  • Customer service Executive must be contacted to obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization) prior to despatch of material.
  • For all returns, not falling within the manufacturer warranties, returns must be made within 7 days from the date of invoice.
  • Return of material must be accompanied by the original invoice details, alongside document citing reason for return.
  • Freight charges associated with the returns must be borne by the customer(s). C.O.D returns are not accepted.
  • When purchases a product specifically for you, the orders will be accounted under the Non cancellable and non returnable basis (NCNR).
  • Military and Space grade products procured from will be accounted under the non cancellable and non returnable basis (NCNR).
  • Returns of materials relating to manufacturer warranties are subject to terms and conditions as applicable to the manufacturer’s warranty and applicable manufacturer return policy.
  • By returning material to you represent and warrant that the returned product purchased from is not counterfeit or otherwise non-conforming and does not violate the counterfeit policy.
  • Any ESD sensitive product returned that has not been handled properly will not be eligible for credit.
  • Customer service Executive must be contacted to obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization) prior to despatch of material.
  • If the order has been placed on the supplier by Semikart, it cannot be cancelled or modified. You may request and we will review it on a case to case basis.
